How to Report a Problem in Canvas
To report a problem in Canvas use the Help link in upper right navigation. This is especially helpful to use when you come across an error message in Canvas. It is important to report any errors you see in Canvas when and where they occur. Click the orange Help link in the upper right navigation when you see an error in Canvas. This will allow you to submit a ticket. Be sure you add a title and detailed description when submitting a ticket!! Include course name, your instructor's name, and assignment or location in Canvas where the issue occurred. Students who post tickets with little or no information will be asked to call the Center to provide further details.
