Quizzes Overview

Graded quizzes will be listed in the assignment and syllabus lists. You can also view quizzes, self-tests, and surveys in modules. If the Quizzes link in the left navigation is enabled, students can click the link to view the list of quizzes. Review the numbered items below.
- Search - Click in the Search bar to quickly locate a quiz in the list.
- Assignment Quizzes - Assignment quizzes are graded quizzes that are scored in the gradebook.
- Practice Quizzes - Practice quizzes are non-graded quizzes that are not scored in the gradebook.
- Surveys - Surveys allow instructors to gather feedback from students. Sometimes surveys are graded for completion only.
- Due Date & Availability - Most graded quizzes will have a due date and available date. If an available date is set, it means that the quiz will be closed for submission on that date.
- Points - The number of points the quiz is worth.
- Number of Questions - the number of questions in the quiz.
