Directions:  Following the outline below, submit a typed SOAP Note for a patient/athlete for the pathology you selected.  The SOAP Note should provide a detailed account of the current status of the patient.  Incorrect spelling will result in deducted points from the total score.  Grammar will not be counted.  The SOAP Note can be turned into Corder in person or via Canvas.

 

Note: While we have not learned special tests and observations in this class, please go online and search for a minimum of two (2) tests which could be used to evaluate the diagnosis.  As for other tests, write what you think you would find if you evaluated an athlete with this diagnosis.
