Help Desk

The Help Desk is available by phone from 7:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday and 7:30 to 4:00 on Friday. The phone number is 4567 from any Forney phone. 

Please follow these steps if you should you experience any issues. 

1. Check the Forney PD website - Tutorials and Handouts Links to an external site. Links to an external site. to access instructions for various applications and suggestions for solutions

2. Check the edhuphoria Help Desk Knowledge Base. Follow these instructions to access the Download Knowledge Base
