Making the Assignment List the Home page

 

You can change your Course Home Page to reflect one of five layout options: the Recent Activity Dashboard, Pages Front Page, the Course Modules, the Assignment List, or the Syllabus

 

The Assignment List shows the list of assignments for the course with upcoming and recent assignments at the top of the page. Users can click the link of the assignment to view more details. 

the sidebar also displays: 

  • a link to view grades in the course
  • the Upcoming Assignments section, which shows the list of assignments coming up in the course schedule; Upcoming Assignments items reflect activity within the next 7 days.

 

In the Home Page sidebar, click the Choose Home Page link.

Select Home Page Layout

Click the radio button next to Assignments List

Click the Save button.
